Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Albany Airport

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Albany Airport truly exceeded my expectations. The room and the bathroom were VERY spacious and offered excellent value for the price. It is also conveniently equipped with a microwave and a good-sized refrigerator. I appreciated the large screen TV, the spacious desk, and how clean and comfortable the room was overall. The hotel is conveniently located right off major highways, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The front desk gentleman was incredibly friendly and even offered four bottles of water for my family, which was a thoughtful touch. I’m so glad I found this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The room was very spacious and had plenty of lighting and ports for phones and computers. Bathroom was extremely clean. breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. Staff super friendly. Good location and quiet.

I’ve stayed in a bunch of hotels over the years, and this one’s hands down the best hotel STAFF i’ve ever encountered. From the housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They made my first time in Albany an absolute blast. The hotel itself was okay, not my usual style, but I didn’t have any complaints. The hotel shuttle was a lifesaver, saving me a ton of money and making it super convenient. The room was big and had a fridge and microwave, which was great. And the staff made sure I had plenty of towels and even gave me extra pillows when I asked. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and again I could not thank the staff for making my stay at this hotel more enjoyable.

I checked in around 1am and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the front desk attendant was, even at that late hour. They made check-in process was quick, easy and made me feel welcome right away. The room was clean, comfortable and much needed after the long day of travel. Everything was in order and I had a great night's rest. Overall, I really appreciated the warm welcome and smooth experience. I'd gladly stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. My family and I were looking for a one night stay as we traveled. Staff were exceptionally polite and said "hello" to us each time we passed one another. The front desk was very accommodating. Those who worry about being in a direct path with the airport, you cannot hear the planes. We were on the top floor and never heard (or felt) a plane fly over us and trust me, standing in the parking lot, you can catch a lot of plane bellies as they zoom overhead. Also, to our surprise, the rooms are very toddler friendly. The rooms had very safe pieces of furniture and we didn't worry about our little one getting hurt (round/curved edges on everything). Thanks for a great stay!

Great hotel. We stay here when visiting our son at RPI. Its an easy 10-15 minute drive from campus. On a recent stay i left a Jacket behind in the closet. When I returned home, I called the hotel and spoke to the manager. She located the jacket. After letting her know the next time we'd be in the area was in 2 months, she was kind enough to put it aside somewhere safe with my name and number attached to it. I was thankful that the jacket was still there 2 months later. Thank you to the team at Fairfield Albany Airport. We stay there because its convenient, spotless, friendly staff and free breakfast with coffee that is actually good!

Overnight stay before a morning flight out of Albany Airport. Not even 3 miles to terminal, however, their shuttle does not start until 7am. I do not know how late it runs. As it is an on demand shuttle and noted in their amenities, I expected 24 hr availability. Fortunately, my flight was not a 6am flight. The front desk was able to to find a driver to get me to my flight, which I very much appreciated versus having to do a last minute Uber. Check in went fine and all staff were helpful. Didn't get a chance to sample breakfast because of early flight.
